Whenever I assign material to my component,I have to multiply the result wieght to 10 in order to get exact result. I also try to set extract unit. I Verify my creo generated resultant wieght by manual calculation by volume and density, but each time I have to multiple my creo generated wieght to 10
I have a part which is used multiple times in Assembly but in BOM weight of only one part is seen. Should I multiply with qty to get total weight? If yes how? If no then what else can be done?
Can I see my assembly total weight in creo assembly itself because whenever I want to see whole assembly weight in creo assemble It always calculate the whole assembly weight according to average density of all material
To calculate the total weight of the assembly including multiple quantities, watch to full video which is available for channel members now.

Nice video, is there any shortcut to put relation for all parts ?
I need to check that

I will soon post a "Members only" video regarding this issue. You can easily calculate the total weight for any part if it is more than one.

It always calculate the whole assembly weight according to average density of all material
If you assign materials to all individual parts and check mass properties inside the assembly, you will get the total weight for the assembly.
If there are 400 different parts in the assy then do we need to apply material for all these parts??
If you don't need the total weight of the assembly then not necessary. But if you need the total weight you need to assign the material.
Sir there is there any shortcut...i think Catia tops with respect to this
Why aren't you making plastic crate part and its mold?
I am working on that.
@@CADxTraining that's great news
How can we automatically display assembly or part mass in my *drawing format* as we have inbuilt section of mass in our format.
Just use this symbol.
&pro_mp_mass
