I don't know, maybe he is just outsourcing or using more automated tools, which might be fine since RUclips has become a challenging place this year, often times RUclips payment doesn't afford the hours invested to create the video
I remember a lot of times getting freaked out in front of people and the after effects is crazy. My mind just can't stop replaying the embarrassing moments.
Listening to this brings back the same feelings I had during my school days. Thank you so much for the nostalgia and the incredible content. Keep up the amazing work! 🌟
Whenever I do public speaking, to calm my nerves, right before I put on the part of a “character” or version of myself that’s confident and I always end up actually _enjoying_ myself during the actual public speaking (I also did theater in high school which I enjoyed), and always thought this was just “fake it until you make it” kind of thing but I now realize I’ve been doing this the whole time 5:22 Context: I grew up as a super nervous kid that turns red for _any_ little thing. Theater and other public speaking opportunities have really helped me over time. Practicing/getting experience helps!
I started streaming videogames since the pandemic and one day i had to speak publicly live irl. I realized it was a piece of cake while before the pandemic I'd have been terrified lol
To be honest I’m not nervous till I watch the videos of how not to be nervous.. 😅 Most of the viewers don't really need a therapist they just don't really engage with public speeches or social groups that much! If you want to be more confident and natural in communication you should simply communicate more often! The therapist is might be a use for people who actually do communicate but still have problems they can't fix. But a little anxiety in the beginning of any interaction is basically being a normal human being.
This is not the improvement pill I know and love. Yes, information were helpful but the vizualitation is very lazy (I feel no effort, just random videos) and the overall content is sub-mediocre.

A 30 day challenge will change your life. I did it with public speaking and content creation. try it. Stay Uncommon!
What you did?
If you don't feel confident, don't fakt it. Go to therapy and sort yourself out.
