Hi! Carpets brought to our laundry are in varying condition. We do our job without asking questions how they managed to get the carpet to this condition.

Only the dirtiest carpets are washed with running water. Some of them are washed in special machines, which uses less water. We try to use only as much water, as needed.
I don't understand how so many rugs get this dirty and then rugs being reasonably cheap for a good quality ons and readily available why someone would then pay to have it cleaned. I getaybe sentimental value but this is just a purple rug for example.
They’re intentionally soiling new rugs and then just washing them. You can tell that none of the dirt has set in and when they first unwrap it you can see how new the tag is.
We handwash only the dirtiest carpets. Our laundry bases on automatic machines, which we rarely show. It's the handwash thats so satysfying so we share this process
Thank you for sharing your opinion. For you it's a waste of water, for others it's a well-cleaned carpet that the customer will pay for. Maybe you will look at it differently when you are aware that the water goes to the municipal treatment plant.
