A great interview of two life-impacting women. If you want to help Pope Francis, as you both indicated at the end of this "conversation", especially during the current Synod taking place in Rome, then send him a copy of this "conversation", if you haven't already done so.

I only listened to first part - all wonderful things to do - and she does care - but sadly, none of these studies every lead to much of anything. There is nothing new under the sun. We are going backwards - and this was all after supposed women's rights. I'm sorry - I have no answers. I did service work my entire life - and ended up pretty depressed. Because the need is so vast - you can't ever fix it. I suppose it is noble to try.

Angie Wilson You’re not supposed to do it all. You did your part and I’m sure the lives you touched will pay it forward to that many more people. And the cycle continues until we come to the end.

Angie Wilson: I often feel the way you do, that nothing changes very much. In fact, we do provoke or facilitate change in other people, often unknowingly, and sometimes I think those changes that we do not see are the most profound changes of all. Right now there is a tremendous backlash against women's rights, but I don't think that will be permanent.
