To the people who have problems with Sister Joan: Jesus himself wasn't considered "suitable" by the religious authorities of His time. Also, we have separation of church and state in this country, and no one is forcing women to have abortions if they don't want them. On the other hand, no religion has a right to inflict its values on others, whether you personally pay taxes or not. Sr. Joan is one of the most impressive Catholic Christians I've come across. Yay, Joan!
It's time for father Pope to step down in light of the new findings. It's time for Sister Joan to step up. I nominate Sister Joan to replace the current pope.
They started by worshiping gods, and about 2000 years ago, they switched to worshiping God. Do you think she knows what IS Buddhism and IS NOT Buddhism? Love? She doesn't know that 'love' arises from selfishness and bias. Ignorance and bigotry!
