I-75 between Cincinnati and Knoxville is really scenic, many climbs and nice views. Was surprised a little by the high ammount of traffic relatively far away from big metropolitan areas, like at the construction site near London, where you lost some time. Well you also have Lexington Metro (500k+) lil’ over an hour south of Cincinnati.. Lexi put a block on i64/75 going through the city back in the 50/60s. So the interstate acts more like an “bypass” to the city. 👍🏼
We start from the shipper in Groveport, OH (Suburb of Columbus) to US-33. Then West on US-33 (Southeast Expy.) to I-270. Then South on I-270 (Columbus Bypass/The Outerbelt/Jack Nicklaus Fwy.) to Alum Creek Dr. Then South on Alum Creek Dr. to the Love's Truck Stop in Lockbourne, OH (Suburb of Columbus) for a weight check. Then back North on Alum Creek Dr. back to I-270. Then West on I-270 (Columbus Bypass/The Outerbelt/Jack Nicklaus Fwy.) around the South Side of Columbus to I-71. Then South on I-71 into the Cincinnati Metro Area and thru Cincinnati (with a good shot of Downtown Cincy in the process) (while passing thru Downtown Cincinnati and passing by the Great American Ballpark [Home of the MLB's Cincinnati Reds] and Paul Brown Stadium [Home of the NFL's Cincinnati Bengals] in the process) and across the Ohio River via the Brent Spence Bridge into Kentucky to I-75. Then South on I-75 thru Georgetown, Lexington (while merging with I-64 in the process), London, and Williamsburg and into Tennessee and into the Knoxville Metro Area and around the Northwest Side of Knoxville (while merging with I-640 and then I-40 in the process) to the TA Truck Stop on the West Side of Knoxville, TN where the phone overheats, forcing the stream to end and is also where Steve ends for the day.
