embroidery works new update on 5/5/15 enables you to save all the cuts in one file now. no need to do these as separate cut files. Just an FYI!

+M Robinson so is this software embroidery works free? i don't have an embroidery machine but i'd like to see if the shapes that come with it would be worth purchasing the software. or is there a way to try it for free?

+Jennifer Smith no it is not. the embroidery works every day is 500 and the add on embroidery works advanced which has the feature is another 400-500. so it's roughly 1k depending on the dealer price and sales.

This is excellent..thank you! Question: what if the accuquilt die I want to work with isn't in the available in the library shapes. For example, how can I transfer one of the designer accuquilt designs like (the laundry basket shapes), into the embrillience or embroidery works program? Can I use pixscan or scan it through my printer and upload the image that way? Will it be the correct size?

if you have stitchartist/creator you could scan it in and manually digitize it, you'd have to size it yourself though. with just essentials/embroideryworks there is no way to add them.
