Fun fact: this song played during the event of Universal Studio Japan, Halloween Horror Night. At certain time and location, every 30 minutes, this song will be played in speakers, and the actors (either zombies, vampires, possessed dolls, mythical creatures, etc. based on your area/location there) will dance on the middle of roads like a parade while trying to scare/interact visitors. The center is the big stage where white female zombies and the vampires dance the same song there. That's why you will see YT shorts from Japanese people there are some snippets of the dance with different dancing actors using this song. You don't have to react the videos on camera, but it is quite entertaining and fun to watch since they are so good at it. Some of them encourage kids, teens, even young adults to come nearer to the streets to dance with them if they memorized the choreography. Even the actors willingly to break in character only to "interact" with them, which is a bonus experience. (Such as the zombie speak to you fluently to come nearer, while it is really rare to meet actor zombie who really can talk more like the Protein Zombie). The concept may be alien to other Universal Studios, but this is how US Japan captures a memorable and unique Halloween event.

Japan has so many amazing singers who are so versatile. For singers similar to Ado, 96neko and Valshe come to mind. They're older generation "utaite", cover artists who mainly do vocaloid songs. Ado used to be an utaite before she went mainstream. Another mainstream singer who's similar to Ado is Minami - check out "Crying for the Rain".
the only other singer I know (with my very limited knowledge about singers, admittedly) that has anywhere near a wide range of tone and colour with her voice, though not with such a ridiculous speed, would be Nina Hagen [ and I am not saying she sounds similar - but she also uses her voice in very free and "unorthodox" ways]
