Mostly 21st Century More there. Makes me realise all over again that I can’t believe Soothe My Soul wasn’t a hit. John The Revelator has come back into their live set for the first time since 2005/6 and sounds as good as ever. Halo is a rarity in that it’s an album track with a video, from the superb Violator album. Dream On was a high charting hit in the UK and the first single from Excited making it the first 21st century song of theirs we all heard. Great traditions to 4 more great Mode songs

Before 2023, they played JTR exactly 5 times since 2006. It's Precious and A Pain That I'm Used To from the Playing the Angel album that they've been playing for the last few tours non-stop.

There's been a huge trend in Poland back in 2000s where a new subculture was born called "Depeche". Those were like a huge fans of DM music. They kinda looked like modern Greasers, as far as you know. But hell... first thing that looked good after the trend of "Bikiniarze" that was about being independent person in society. I love how music creates trends in different places on the Earth. Also, great reaction! Sub is goin'!
You really need to listen to Gary Numan are friends electric from 1978 to see how he influenced Depeche mode and many more bands like nine inch nails etc. 😊

I knew about them when I heard Dream On on the radio. Then I became a fan of them and when I heard Halo, it turned one of my favourite immediately.
