South of Midnight looks interesting. Hadn’t heard of it before. The cutscenes look incredible. The action almost looks soulslike. I’ll keep my eye on that one! I’m looking forward to finally playing Lunar in the Lunar collection. Also Reanimal. The game made by the little nightmares developer. I’m most excited about Phantom Blade 0 but I don’t think that has a release date yet. Great video!

well I am new here but definitely liking what I see so far! These games all look great, I'm thinking the looming release of GTA6 has companies scared to announce they are coming out soon, but we'll see! Definitely South of Midnight looks like one to keep an eye on
I am BEYOND EXCITED for the Xeno Chronicles X!!! I went out and bought a WiiU just so I could play this game. Lol. I started it, but got distracted because I learned that Xeno 3 had a DLC...so, I had to play that. Cant wait to play "X!" It is a bit different from the other games...but, I think the remaster will enhance the game some.
Tales From the Shire is one that I'm looking forward too. It's been awhile since I've gotten lost in a high quality cozy game. After Like a Dragon 1 & 2 I've been keeping an eye on the Yakuza pirate game. Being an action game rather than turn based makes me think it might be something I wait and catch on Game Pass or a steep sale. Lost Record looks interesting too. I was about to say "Xenoblade Chronicles X looks interesting too" and then I realized I was saying that about every game on your list. LOL Love the video and these will be fun ones. South of Midnight is definitely riding on the New Orleans vibe but it looks like they did it the right way; like you said full of culture and lore. I'm adding it to my list now!
I dont think ive ever met anyone that knows, let alone, played Remember Me! I always look forward to DontNod games. Hyper Light Breaker comes out on the 14th so im excited to try that out since its coop. I also want to play Assassins Creed, I'm fine with it getting pushed back, as long as it doesnt get deleted off the face of the planet
Definitely excited for Layton too - I hope it’s a return to the old Layton form as Katrielle and the Millionaires' Conspiracy was such a let down. (Agree on Unwound Future - the only other games that have made me mist up were Fire Emblem Awakening and Three Houses. But my god, UF made me actually bawl like a baby! 😅)
Millionaires' Conspiracy definitely didn't capture the true essence of the series. I knew there was no way that I could be the only person that cried at the end of Unwound Future. It had me bawling too!
Wow I never heard of south of midnight but that game seems really cool. Love the character animations, look, and feel. The animation is cool. The music seemed unique. Which is a side not I live in the south and I'm not a southern girl. I find it all really annoying but this game looks amazing!
Games I'm looking forward to most this year has to be Metroid Prime 4 and the new 2D Ninja Gaiden game. The Nes Ninja gaiden games are amongst my favourite games of all time and Cyber Shadow is one of my favourite games on the Switch because it's a spiritual successor to the Nes Ninja Gaiden games. So when they announced an official new 2D Ninja Gaiden game I nearly fell off my seat.
BUt the Mechs*Skells) are awesome though at least, so another way to look at it it is like 2 diff sets of characers each covering half the game. Half your player characters with their skills, half with mechs and diff mech skills. U can take off mech suit and stil fight as normal class characters and skills but why? when mechs so much stronger.
ONe Major problem with Xenoblade X, I beat it 200 hours, ocne u get those Mechs, those SKELLS, all your character clases become fully useless. It doesnt mater what skils or class u have as u ony need mech skills./

That's a bummer. I’ll definitely have to keep that in mind when I get to that point in the game.
