Hi I absolutely love your videos I had a quick question I have an event next sat can I do them ahead of time due to where I love tempts r going to go up to 94 and I want to make them ahead and store them in the refrigerator w a bag and tie them
Thank you for your video and for sharing your talent!!! Because of you I was able to make treats for my daughter's 56 cast mates for her musical. Please keep the videos coming.
Laverne Spears as far as using the silicone mold yes and sometimes you have to apply chocolate to the back of your fondant to stick on your apples so it all varies
Will the channel come off from the cookie if you want to put them in little clear bags for a candy table ? If so what can I glue them with to the cookie ? Icing maybe ?
Hello just watching your video excellent excellent tutorial making Coco Chanel cupcakes and cookies for the first time this was a huge help just wanted to ask does the coloring for the chocolate affect the taste in anyway? Thank you again for the amazing tutorial!
Do you have to use paramount crystals with all your chocolate and what chocolates are the best. Which chocolate melts you prefer. Have you ever used girldelle chocolate melts.
katrina adams you don't have to always put Paramount crystals in your chocolate it depends on if your chocolate melts good and that you're melting your chocolate properly normally to get a good consistent flow of chocolate you will have to add some type of oil to your chocolate to smooth it out and Paramount crystals is a product that you will use to melt your chocolate because it is made up of oil and if you don't have the Paramount crystals you can use vegetable shortening or coconut oil but the coconut oil you have to be careful because you may have some people that is allergic to coconut oil. My preference is guittard chocolate melts or merckens those are my main chocolate melts that I use sometimes I use Wilton's it all depends where I'm at at that moment and if I have to run out and go get some chocolate and Wilson's is available I will use Wilton's but I do have a preference and that is merckens or guittard chocolate melts
Hello, you do awesome work! Can you tell me where I can purchase the chocolate chameleon. I couldn’t find the info in your description box. Thanks in advance!
Tierra Briggs yes chocolate can be used in the mold you just have to place it in the freezer for about 5 to 10 minutes at least and then remove it and take it out if you don't want to use Fondant
You’re fine you don’t need to be refrigerated if you prepare them days in advance they can sit out on a tray covered with a paper towel at room temperature
Cristina R these can actually be prepared a week in advance or 4 to 5 days in advance you can store them and a cupcake container and place them in the refrigerator or Tupperware and place them in the refrigerator but they hold up very well
I love these! Where did you get the Coco Chanel mold from?! These are so cute! Also wondering a couple of things. I don't like the taste of dark chocolate but absolutely love how your chocolate is black. My question is, is it still milk chocolate, just colored? Or is it the actual bitter dark chocolate? Also wondering why you added in black coring to the black chocolate? Does the chocolate change a different shade of black after it sets or did you just want a darker black? By the way, I love working with the Merken's chocolate too. Luckily there is a local bakery by me that sells Merken's chocolate. Thats actually where I heard about Merken's because I was on a mission to find melting chocolate wafers but couldn't find them, not even in Walmart. I did figure out later that they keep the melting wafers in the party section rather than the baking isle. But its the Wilton's chocolates. I love the superior taste of Merken's. Anyway, please let me know where to find that mold and also where to get that chocolate coloring you use. I've been using the gel food coloring from the baking isle in Walmart and it thickens my chocolate, not too bad though. I just add a mixture of paramount crystals and vegetable shortening to get it back to the right consistency and it works perfectly but I'd rather have a coloring that don't thicken my chocolate, like the one you're using.
Good morning Ro'😍😘🤗. How are you doing? Yes I enjoy 😍 the video as always. I have been like a junkie this weekend trying to catch you live. Then you go & seek a edit video in on me 😂😅😁😀😄. Hi Ro, Can you explain why it's better to not use fondant for this? Also the dust you use on your Apple's , is it called Disco dust or jewel dust? Thanks
Hey Ro, so I know your like super uber busy, but I was thinking you should conduct a piping technique class, either via RUclips or a private class. I would definitely pay for it!!! Just a suggestion :-)
Basia Mack 😁yes gotcha well I do help with piping and my mentor program but I would definitely talk to my team about adding an additional class to my website. 😉💕
Your Sweet Connection Yes that would be great! What about sugar cookies, do you do those? Using the royal icing and stuff? That could be a class too. Lol I wanna learn it ALL!!
Jessica Clemons Your welcome. On this video it appear that the chocolate was black enough before I added the color but it wasn't it had a shade tint of brown after it was melted so adding the color to color chocolate is okay it also brought more smoothness to the chocolate and also gave a great consistency to the chocolate using the chocolate chameleon with any color two color chocolate brings out the color more and gives a little shine to the chocolate it's a very good product
Hi Ro! Thanks for all that you do! I actually just tried this over the weekend prior to seeing your video😑 question.. when using some of the more intricate molds.. say for instance.. Where do you order the Oreo mold
Amazon
Is the chocolate melts chocolate or candy?
Monique Smith their chocolate melts they're the round wafers
Can chocolate be used instead of fondant in the Chanel mold?
Tierra Briggs yes chocolate can be used in the mold you just have to place it in the freezer for about 5 to 10 minutes at least and then remove it and take it out if you don't want to use Fondant
If using chocolate instead of fondant will the chocolate adhere to the Oreo in the same manner without having to use anything extra?

Why do you add coloring to colored chocolate? Just curious. ☺ I enjoyed watching and they are prefect. Thanks for sharing this video Mrs. Ro.
