I dont think you understand what happened here. This is to qualify his character during the defamation case for him repeatedly claiming Sandy Hook didn't happen, and made all of the victims and their families suffer on his podcast or whatever. Grieving parents were accosted, threatened, and more because of his actions and he is lucky that he only suffers civil liability.
Judges should be treated the same as any other law worker.. not held up on a pedestal
