That Attack Speed Potion is the bane of my existence. It never shows up in the rare runs where it might be of some utility. And since it's bottom tier, it always feels bad taking it because it debuffs another better, more useful stat

I could be wrong but I think the probability of you getting exactly what you want is 1/72 because you would do the combination you want out of the total amounts of combinations like damage and all the outcomes so it would be 9 base options multiplied by the other secondary options of 8 and the out come you want being one outcome.

The game doesn't roll the greyed lines (for example, the Ice Codex only rolls between Damage, Cooldown, Projectiles, Area and Duration), so it's actually 1/5 and 1/4.
But with the exception of a few levels, the two upgrades have the same rarity, so getting damage+cooldown or cooldown+damage is the same.
This gets you to 2/5*1/4, which is 10%

Why don’t you read your comments, people already told you that you won’t unlock the character if you buy ANYTHING in the shop. You need to leave the items and the Ascension crystal there.
