The good thing about this vlogger Jelena is that she bring along her children. That’s nice of her. Her 2 children is her life. God bless Jelena and kiddos 🙏❤️
I’m so glad that you’re really honest person. You know the word karma will be good and I enjoy watching your video especially your children shout out from California California.
That” itlog sa pula” is so good for breakfast…..with garlic rice, tomato on the side, tocino or longanisa!! You’ll never want to get off from the table!! Thats so yummy!!🤗👍🫶🏻
Itlong na pula or maalat (salted egg) is normally mixed in with a vegetable dish like tomatoes and onions. It is also used in bibingka. The best salted has an oily yolk. You can make salted egg by putting egg in a mud and salt mixture for about 3 weeks or even just salted water. Century eggs are similarly made but with a different mixture and for 100 days. That's why century. Like balut, salted eggs are duck eggs. They are usually made fr the duck eggs that were not fertilized and cannot become balut :)
thank you very much Jelena for connecting with Susie, she's a wonderful lady and we've watched all her videos - lovely couple....pls enjoy and have fun, we love you, " from 12 million overseas filipino workers.

So nice of you to visit Susie again and to meet Jonathan. Nice floating restaurant. Sounds like land is more expensive in Susie’s area than in Davao or Mindanao. Another vlogger, Boris, with his Filipina wife, Darlene (called Island Life) who live north of Davao bought 2 lots and it sounded like they got a great price. Hope you can visit the couple. Salted egg is commonly eaten in Asia. I’ve had Indonesian, Thai, Malaysian, and Chinese dishes with salted duck egg. The Filipino store in my area sells rice cake (puto and bibingka) with salted egg topping. You can also add a little bit of the salted egg in salad (like feta cheese in Mediterranean salad). Safe travels in Luzon. Take care and God bless. 🥰
Hi Jelena. Salted Egg(itlog na pula/ itlog na maalat) is also added to something sweet like Bibingka(Rice Cake) or Inseymada(Brioche). Also, can be eaten with Pandesal (Bread) for breakfast. The saltiness of the egg goes very well with the sweetness of the baked goods.
As thousands of foreign tourists visit, say, the outskirt provinces of Thailand - like Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai - not really so is it with the outskirt locations of Metro Manila - not including Baguio, Banaue, Sagada, La Union, and Vigan. It's nice to know you're traveling Nueva Ecija.

Filling meat with something or with the meat itself is a Filipino-Spanish cooking method we call "relleno" or "stuffed". It's popular in Luzon and the Visayas. You should try, "bangus relleno", "crab relleno", & "chicken relleno".
Maalat/Pulang itlog & mashed tomato is a very delicious dip for Adobong baka, manok & baboy. I'm from Gen.Tinio, Nueva Ecija it's adjacent to San Leonardo where the restaurant is located

Salted egg is eaten with tomatoes to neutralize the saltiness, then add chopped onions. It is an appetizer, a side dish
