Tumbling box shredder review

It took longer to get this video finished than I had planned. This food shredder/slicer will help me cut back on energy use as the cost of energy creeps higher and higher. I like the shredder and see other possibilities using it. I'll definitely use it for my canning, dehydrating, and freezing food prep. I do wish it had a blade for slicing tomatoes or bananas, a blade for waffle fries, and a couple of blades for French fry cuts.
