It looks impressive, but there is a barge canal between the boatyard and fire. That area burns a lot, but it almost never jumps the canal.

This is Cape Canaveral. Stuff blows up here a lot. I think most of it was a wildlife area that burns every couple of years.

Its a wilderness area across the barge canal from the marina. It burns every couple of years.
