      Audio Network is a website for music for TV, Ads, etc. I think many NatGeo shows uses track from there, for example. In the description, the "Glitz" one is indeed the intro music, and from searching (my prior comment here is deleted because of the link maybe), the composer is Ray Davies.

    I'm familiar with Caracals, but it was cool to see a video on them. They need more attention, for sure. As for the next cat for small cats unknown, how about covering the Asian Wildcat? One of the two cats that are thought to have inspired the Star Fox character Miyu. Some say she's a Lynx, but I've seen compelling evidence for her being an Asian Wildcat, plus the longer tail in official art suggests this one. I simply love felines, so learning more about the Asian Wildcat would be nice.

    Clearly, the majority of the cats in the film were in some sort of captive arrangement and were being fed live birds (guineafowl) with their flight ability disabled (the uniform trimming of flight feathers is obvious). In some clips, the live birds were clearly being thrown directly at the cats for them to kill. I feel like this needs some sort of explanation. If these cats were filmed as part of a wild release program, there might be some argument for introducing live prey......but to me, this footage was gratuitous in showing five instances of deliberately disabled birds being fed to the captive cats.

      The live guineafowl it caught also was likely domestic with clipped wings. Wild ones can take off in an instant, but can only fly a short distance. (Caracals can still catch them though.) Still a nice showcase of the caracal.

    Don’t Caracals & Servals have the same body design & pretty much do the exact, same thing???

    • @lynxfresh5214
      @lynxfresh5214 3 года назад +5

      The main difference (minus the obvious ones like the ears and coats) is Servals are better at sprinting while Caracals are more proficient at jumping.
      Either way they have so much common that plenty of enclosures in Africa have Servals and Caracals living together with zero issues.

    • @Katiethewizard
      @Katiethewizard 3 года назад +6

      No servals are MUCH more slender with longer legs, making them better runners and pouncers. Caracals have a more muscular frame and have the obvious ear tufts

    • @JohnGardnerAlhadis
      @JohnGardnerAlhadis 3 года назад +1

      @@Katiethewizard That doesn't automatically make them better jumpers. Servals might have longer legs, but a caracal's body is pretty much all-muscle, and their legs are like coiled springs.
