I've always messed up roast chicken but honestly this one is 100% foolproof ! And the lemon/lime inside makes all the difference in the juice you get at the end. It's so simple yet delicious and very juicy
I always put 2 big thick slices of rustic bread underneath the chicken and they catch all the juices and get crisp on the bottom…it’s such a little treat
My Christmas menu I love for my husband who’s Hawaiian and Korean is Korean BBQ short ribs, 🍖 kimchi pancakes , Hawaiian marinaded bbq chicken and rice 🍚 and spicy Korean BBQ cocktail meatballs, thick sliced grilled onions 🧅 . Crispy green salad 🥗 dessert is anything with chocolate 🍫

Hi Marion i am from The Netherlands and i do not quite understand the red fruit you are using for the porc belly. What is “pumbs”? It looks like big cherries???
@@calvintuano557 i've considered that, but i don't know which ones & i think i can eat each one that is in 5 spice by its self. so i don't know what the issue is. it's a mystery. lol
@@nobitsnoshoes i think the combination of spices make u sick when consumed together lmao not that i know it personally, but i found out before that banana & milk shouldnt be consumed together lol though that might be irrelevant when comparing to spices, but thats all i could think of why it is happening 😭😂

They are called plums. Yes, they look like cherries but different taste and texture. They also have a pit inside.

salt is good flavor but excess sodium can and does kill/ Use sea salt with dried herbs. Sea salt has more than just sodium chloride/
She uses sea salt. This is a once off dish for the festive season. I doubt this will harm anyone.
