Was the lower windshield rough on your helmet? I have a Heritage and I'm 6ft and the stock windshield causes the wind to beat the hell outta my helmet. I have to hunker down to have a comfortable ride.
@@williamtufts3600 Only if it got really windy. I just did 500 miles in the Rockies on a stock windshield and it was fine, other than when we had 30-40 mile wind gusts. Playing with that vent helps to direct the air.
Interesting, congrats and the first Harley
Thank you!
Thanks for the video 👍👍
Thanks for watching!
Are you still able to see over the windshield
Yep! It’s the sport flare, so it comes towards the rider more than it goes up in the air.

How tall are you? Is the windshield the pro tour or the sport? If ime not mistaken GW has 2 different styles, right?
I’m 6’2”. This is the pro sport windshield. Wind coverage was good as my Saddleman seat sits slightly higher as well.
On the first harley
How tall are you?
I’m 6’1” roughly.
But also the Saddleman seat is a little tall so that’s a factor.
It’s rough being a MN sports fan. Especially out of state. No one to share my misery with. LOL.
So so painful… 🤦🏻♂️
