Coming from a guy that’s been in 2 motorcycle accidents. 1st one I t-boned a car and ejected over the car, 4 months away from work. 2nd accident less than a year later I looped my bike on I-95 doing like 80 mph and ended up in the hospital ICU for 13 days. Now I have to deal with the permanent pain every single day and I literally just turned 30 back in September. These accidents happened when I was 24. I feel like I’m an 80 year old, retired professional fighter. I hurt all day and every day.

These motorcycle ones are something special. As a firefighter the worst one we have worked is a guy who ran into the front passenger side bumper of a jeep. It tore his leg off up to the buttcheek and it was about 25-35 yards away from the rest of his body. His shoe that belonged to that leg was found on the other side of the street disconnected from the leg.

Attic training... not really attic training. But, was in the field in Yakima, the training area for Ft. Lewis Wa. It was the middle of the winter and it was so cold and more snow then I had ever seen(I’m from Tx so take that with a grain of salt.) We were a Stryker unit and just gotten our Mev(I was a 68W) and we where doing just some filler training, evaluating with the line guys. Ok so I was the driver and we where on top of a large hill and the line guy where toward the bottom. So we turned down the hill and almost instantly I realized I had zero control over this 20 ton Stryker. I tried to turn nothing, tried to hit the brakes, nothing. The only thing we were doing was picking up speed heading right for guys on the ground. My TC is screaming at me to turn, stop, or just do anything, stop this massive medical evacuation death machine. So I’m frantically trying to do anything I can, which was nothing and my TC is frantically trying to get the attention of they guys on the ground. To let them know if they don’t want a Stryker anima, it’s on them to get out of the way. Some how we ended up making it down the hill without hitting anyone. Which was a big deal. Because the snow on the hill was anywhere from knee deep to waist deep. So picture yourself realizing you have to get out of the way, so you start to run. Only to make it a few feet before your waist deep in snow. What had happened was my TC and myself had misjudged how deep the snow was and how steep the hill was. This effectively turned the Stryker into a 40,000lbs sled with no controls, barreling down the hill headed right for soldiers that couldn’t move quickly. We where just happy no one was hurt besides everyone’s underwear. But then we had to dig the damn thing out. What was crazy also was from the back of the Stryker all the way to the top of the hill. There was a huge square block of ice where the Stryker had smashed the snow so hard it turned into ice and the sides making the square where from the wheels. It was pretty crazy.

I have seen two motorcycle accidents. Both died, you know, but the first one... man was being a dumbass without a helmet, hit a pothole. The EMTs cleaning it up had trouble finding his ears, they found part of his head literally 2 blocks away, it was crazy. At least he didn't have time to suffer, he was falling forward one second and navigating the afterlife the next. The second was on a highway, limbs all twisted up, insides cosplaying as outsides, and that color where you know there's only one place for him to go. Motorcycles are for people with a messy death wish

Resident Louisianan here who has hunted gators. By the time you get to the float the gator is usually super tired and just chillin on the bottom. You can slowly pull them up to the surface where they’ll just chill and you can pop them in the soft spot on their skull killing them instantly. Swamp people is actually super fucked up because they’re grab the float and start jerking in it which hurt the gator really bad and they start fighting and death rolling. Real gator hunters just slowly pull them up one shot with a 22 then haul them in.

Raised on the rogue river. Good friend of mine owns a rafting company. Every year someone dies. Always because people don't respect the river's power. I've body floated the rogue for 7 miles. Same route the people die in. Besides alcohol, the biggest mistake people make is tiring themselves out fighting the current. Better to let the current carry you as you make your way towards shore. You might have a long walk but at least you're not breathing water.

When I was in high school, I was on the snowboard team, and we went to the mountain one weekend, and we had just got roughly 2 feet of fresh powder snow, well my buddy and I went off to the back country trails, and going through the trails there was one point were we ended up in unfamiliar areas, and my buddy was craving through the trees and ended up in a tree well, he got trapped in there, it took me about 15 minutes to realize he wasn't with me anymore. Then took about another 30 minutes to get the emergency crews there to help get him out. That was probably the scariest snowboarding moment.

There was a time this past year where I was snow camping and there was a huge sudden avalanche 500 ft. Away from us coming down the mountain and we had to sprint sooo fast

I’ve been in a pretty gnarly motorcycle accident.. 75mph on the freeway into a stopped car in the fast lane.. broken bones and some surgeries and I’m as good as new!

12:03 Well a shark, just a strong punch to the nose will make them fuck right off, and crocodiles are weird, most likely the way to survive would be to hug its back and maybe cut its throat or choke it out crocodile Dundee style

To answer your question I'd rather fight a shark because if a alligator grips your arm or any limb for that matter they spin around in circles and that can rip your limb off in less than three seconds. To take down a shark all you got to do is puncture it's eyes.

There's two things I was thought when on the road:
Driving Motorcycle: You do not have enough protection
Driving Truck: People do not have enough protection from you

My grandpa was in a motorcycle accident. A guard rail went into his back. He's okay and still working a full time job he's like 60

Ever have a dream where you punch super slow? That’d be the knife fight with the shark. With a gator, at least you’re above water.

Bro, it’s actually true. Alligators’ jaw muscles are only really strong when closing their jaws, so that way they have an insane bite force. But for opening their jaws, it’s actually weak af. That’s why people are just able to keep gators’ mouths shut by just taping around them a few times with electrical tape. If you got in a fight with a gator, just slap it’s mouth shut and hold it closed, and it can’t do shit.

Alligators can run up to 25 mph and have a bite force of 3000 pounds, they have powerful muscle when closing their mouth however their muscle aren’t as strong when opening which is often why you see their mouths wrapped

Me and my dad were fishing on a river near the MS river and I fell out of the boat and my dad said "Hurry before the gators get you!" as I was climbing back in and we laughed about it, but the next week they caught the state record alligator in the exact spot I fell in. (14 feet long)

Gators don't usually fuck with humans though, unless you're fucking with their nests. So you didn't almost die.

To the two motorcycles clip you had (2:26) , I got something. My mom lived in the country years ago, my mom and I were in the house getting my uncle's birthday cake while everyone else was outside when we heard a crash out front. A fucking motorcycle CUT a farm tractor IN HALF on the highway outside her house. To this day there is a divot in the road where the tractor's transmission hit. Both farmer and cyclist were fine and were checked out at the local hospital. Cyclist was damned lucky he wore a helmet that day or he would have died from brain injuries.
