The hot swappable batteries is beautiful. All the power coming from the movi batteries as well is so rad. The movi pro has made me a freefly guy instead of the ronin. Great stuff guys, can't wait to take it up in a heli.
Leftcoast I know I can't wait to use it I think they work great with red cameras , do you know if they're heavier than other gimball in general

i have a canon 1dX mark ii and i'm wondering if it can control all the settings like it does with the red and alta
... and also thank you for keeping this video simple and clear! i bought the MOZA Pro and it's not compatible with such a new camera, aaaaaand it's not what this is... this will be my next purchase!
it's super lux. The gearing will work, but access to the camera settings only works with RED I believe since they allowed Freefly access to their protocols.
That is insanely affordable compared to the $15K+ original price of the M15 holy cow

Patiently waiting on the company that will create a Gimbal that will automatically stabilize the camera, OR even create a "built in gimbal DSLR camera" that comes stabilized. It takes me forever to stabilize my camera on these things.
auto-tune is pretty good on these things if you can get it close.
autotune does nothing to balance the camera. It just tweaks the motors. You will always need to balance the camera.

$6.5k wtf? They seriously need to make a consumer model cause this is way to expensive for beginner film makers etc.
This is not for a beginner filmaker, this is more for a medium size production. If you want something for beginners the you can look for a simple small gimbal.
