Synopsis:
Lin Shuang, once a brilliant student at a top-tier university, ended up being a full-time mom. But she was betrayed and had to return to the workforce to fight for custody of her child. In her disheveled state, she met Gu Xu, her ex-classmate and now a talent from overseas. You know what I enjoyed the most, when WM found out that LS was planning to divorce him long before he got involved with his current wife. She checkmated him in so many ways he has yet to learn about. Love this storyline as it’s empowering a lot of women who may be afraid of leaving their poor marriages. Enjoy💃🏽

Great chapter. Wow, Lin Shuang is such a good person. Principled and would never trade off her morals with money. She still told indirectly that female CFO even if she knew it could jeopardize her financially. She succeeds in the end. The CFO saw how upright she really is and could be trusted with her investment.

I remember when Lin Shuang was sick with fever after taking Little Apple to the hospital and that ex husband went to work and showed no concern. He only manipulated his way through their marriage whenever he needed to use her for business etc.
