Cheng Yao, an innocent girl with a dream of being a lawyer, was admitted by a top law firm, so she decided to move to a place closer to the company so she could work better. Unexpectedly, the landlord rented two rooms for one room, and Cheng Yao had a quarrel with another tenant. It turned out that person was Qian Heng, the boss of Chengyao Law Firm. Qian Heng transferred Cheng Yao into his group on the first day and started devil training. However, the purpose of the training was to drive away Cheng Yao who came in through connections. Cheng Yao didn't know the truth and thought she was lucky, so she worked extra hard and performed well in a series of devil training, which impressed Qian Heng. As the two got along day and night at work and in life, they went from not dealing with each other to caring for each other and gradually sparked the spark of love. After going through ups and downs, Cheng Yao grew up to be a qualified lawyer and got into a happy marriage with Qian Heng.

Not just China. Happens in other Asian countries also. It's kind of unspoken rule where you are kind of intimidated into drinking by those above you or peers when you don't want to. You have to be really strong to hold your ground or you'll be coerced into it.

Slow moving, at the end couldn't wait for it to end; very few truly romantic scenes. The supporting characters and the male lead were all great. The female lead ends up being super selfish and annoying, taking herself too seriously, which is not surprising bc this series is basically about women competing with men, how they need to show they can be equally or better than men, how there is no need for marriage and kids, etc. The more masculine and in control women are portrayed in series, the more unattractive and silly the male lead ends up looking. Not sure why these producers don't get this. The female character lost audience support and sympathy and there was nothing she could do in the end to regain it. She remained disliked to the very end and the ending sucked, too, like the writers didn't want a marriage bc they are against marriage in theory but were told they had to write one anyway so they came up w/ the most ridiculous unromantic way to accomplish it.

Actually this is Chinese version of Turkish Drama.Drama name is (Her Yerde Sen) You Are Everywhere.Only 2 details are different other than that everything is the same.I recommend the Turkish version too.

Since this video came in my recommendation list, I just want to seize this opportunity. I am not watching this movie. I wonder how others wonder such movies. I am just not into this BOSS and Employee or the Cinderella type movies. The concept just disgusts me and I HATE IT, especially since I have a sort-of manager who is married in my office who is married and yet so crooked. What sort of message do they want to pass? I hate to think of such people who even after marriage have evil thoughts. Why spoil someone's life?? Not to mention the problems they cause for the other women adding to the troubles they already face in the society... I know some of these stories are drawn from people's lives but too exaggerated.. I only wish they realise the ethics and stop watching (on mobile phones) and filming people's private lives without permission.. It is illegal but unfortunately without proof no action can be taken. Actually, even with proof it is difficult as they just mint millions with these movies.
