Thanks for the deep dive on ACCENTUM. When tuning with EQ, we recommend quickly taking them off to "cleanse your palate" so to speak. Our brains adapt quite well but get comfortable quickly so a quick break between tunings is enlightening. The transparency mode does boost speech levels, so while there is a slight hiss, you'll find speech intelligibility to be quite good. Another note: You can use the USB-C cable to listen "wired" on most devices with class compliant USB ports (smart phones, tablets, laptops, etc). Great footage!
Sennheiser , I am a big fan of momentum series from India but I found that this gen of momentum headphones ie M4s sound a little underwhelming , they don’t sound as detailed ,natural and punchy as momentum series always had ! Btw The sound on M3s as well as M3 tws I own is magnificent ! Hoping for more customisation options from your firmware updates for M4s to get the best out of the best brand in the world !👍
@@Mattscreative Thanks for the comment, and for choosing the HD 450BT. That is still a terrific headphone, and will last you many years to come. Enjoy it and happy holidays!
Great review on these. I was eyeing them, but assuming I like the new Bose QuietComfort headphones I'm about to try on a flight, think I'll keep those.
great review, interesting how the sound quality is affected by the volume. You would think a company like Sennheiser would put out a more consistent product. How these compare to to the 350bt soundwise? Thank you!! for all of your reviews!!
The EQ works great, but as the reviewer stated, it's there if you want it, but not everyone likes to use it. Out of the box it's got great tuning, in our opinion.
Wellllllll that's probably an oversimplification. The same group of acoustics engineers and product managers from "before" still work on these headphone projects, and work out of the Sennheiser headquarters in Germany. The pro and consumer audio businesses have always been very different animals, and if you saw behind the curtain, you would agree that you want different teams focusing on their specialties.
Hi, I was wondering if these headphones had a "normal mode", I mean if it is possible to use them with both anc and transparency switched off, can someone help me?
Has anyone compared these to anything from the Soundcore line like the Space Q45s or the Q30s? Also, when it comes to the clamping force of headphones, don't you want them to be tight; so that they don't get loose while you run or walk?
@@P0wer2R0ll hi mate, i am also waiting your comment. Because i have q30-q35 and space 45. my expectations is from accentum need to have a much wider soundstage. cause especially q35 give the sound (all instruments like coming from same point) very claustrophobic
@@mateogelito8033 Sound quality wise the Accentum is better than Q30's although the Midrange is less presented, which I quite like. But the Q30's has more Equlizer settings to match your Liking. The ANC and Transparency is also better on the Accentums. Thought I dont like the fact that you cant turn ANC off on the Accentums . Its either ANC or Transparent.
@@Corro1230 Soundstage is wider. But I would not say that much against the Q30's. Only thing I really like with Q30's is the Midrange. Which I think Accentums lacks a little. But the bass and treble is just thr right amount on Accentums with stock equalizer
IMO They are better than their Sony counterparts in the price range, they sound great on PC, but the bluetooth connection through phone feels very different to the PC one.
You can't keep criticising clamping force when it's to yout advantage, it ptovides headphones with better noise cancelation. Not every headphone is a bose.
Lets goo, another product that supposed be 99$, I love Sennheiser but lately those companies are joking, bose the worst price wise and now this 180$ that do everything wrong.
@@sennheiser Well this product stands at a good spot competing with sony wh720n and xb910n. So won't call it overpriced but will expect to see the price below 120 dollars. Also when are these coming to India?

The accentum have better anc and fit for gym use…but the sound in no ways COMPARES to momentum 4 great review…your sound explanation is SPOT ON
Gym Caddy is all the honest headphone review a comsumer really needs !
Great work man!!
Looking forward to getting myself one of these puppies

These are my favorite headphones in my collection. They have so many great features that put them in clutch for me. I use these everyday at work.
I personally don’t dare to bring them to work, they don’t pay me enough to be justify bringing in those to the office every day
Hey man, awesome review as always. Quick question, how do these compare to the Sony XB910Ns? I´m thinking in terms of sound, ANC and mic quality
It's also the two headsets I'm looking at right now 👀 have you made a decision?

Could you kindly do a comparison between this and Bose Quiet Comfort Headphones ?
See not cool i just got the 450BT and i can't return them ..
should i get these over the bose qc se which are $50 cheaper
Sennheiser sold off it consumer line a few yrs ago, this isnt the same company with the same name that produce professional audio equipment

How’s the sound compared to momentum 4? It’s a pity it doesn’t support audio cable. It sounds like icanget this over momentum 4.
If you're connecting toa digital source (phone, laptop, tablet) you can just use a USB-C cable for audio.
The sound is close. To me the Accentums is more cold sounding with 20% less bass. Momentums 4 have a slight bigger soundstage and 20% more bass.
