Dorian is a class guy. Knows his inner world which is a rarity this day a age. I've been studying Ta Chi for a quarter of a decade and see similarities with Dorian regarding going to the lowest places and a need to search for the light .
Dorian's transition from bodybuilder to training/eating for all round health and fitness for everyday living. Very relevant for the majority of people.

@@CharlieJohnsonShow He was an English Dr. who promoted the interval cardio to promote exercise to the general population.. There is a documentary about all this called "The Truth About Exercise", which was done probably 10-15 years ago.

Because you can train with volume or intensity not both,the body grows when the intensity is too much so growth is its way of fighting back, forget how long you work out focus on the intensity of effort instead👍
Once you except your not botherd coming off gear and being a regular size your half way there. Its not easy but it can be done unless your people like the rock. 😂 ive been to the doctors and told gim what the problem is and he actually gone on the Internet to look it up and agreed with me 😂 ffs who are these so-called Dr's most got there certificates from a cornflakes box😂
