    Tried the pan fried chicken breast method from your previous video a few times, this sauce looks and sounds fabulous. The mushrooms and shallots sound pretty good on toast. Thank you Huw.

    I am rubbish when it comes to chicken. But what do you think of doing the chicken breasts sous-vide? I can always sear them before eating.

      Get deboned chicken thighs! higher fat content and harder to fuck up, just do as he did in this video and you'll have a feast!
