Disgusting storm water runoff in Venice Florida

Untreated storm water runoff flowing into the Gulf of Mexico. The runoff created a plume that floated out into the gulf. It was foul smelling and looked horrible. There are a dozen outflows on the island of Venice, none of which are treated. It's gross. No wonder we have exploding blooms of red tide. We are feeding the monster.

I may revive it. Haven't done a video in about six years, so I'm rusty. Also, in Florida(moved here five+ years ago) it's too hot in the summer!
