Your precision in fm is amazing, most videos are done at such a speed but you’ve demonstrated slow is definitely better. Thank you for the inspiration, so glad I’ve found you on RUclips.
Since moving into a retirement unit I am struggling with completing large quilts, your video has given me hope! Will find my bulldog clips and persevere!
Just found you. I have a small sewing machine, and I’ve quilted medium size quilts. I have a large one and waiting…..like 6 years. Your channel gives me inspiration
Amazing quilting. Thank you so much for sharing this. I live in UK and using a long arm service is so expensive … that is if you can manage to find one
Happy Quilt day! This is a wonderful tutorial! I had another busy but fun filled day in my sewing room and now get to watch and do some hand quilting. I hope you have a blissful and creative week ahead! Thank you for posting this video.
I can’t thank you enough for the vídeo showing us how to baste on the small table. I just had back surgery and by no means could I sit on the floor to do anything. I have completed my first quilt and just basted the whole thing using your method exactly like you showed it. Now the quilting on my treadle, that is going to be another story altogether.
Thanks! I probably could have left most of the shapes unquilted - there's a minimum distance apart (different for different types of batting) that the quilting has to be or the batting can disintegrate and get clumpy. Most of the shapes would be within that distance I think, so I could have left them unquilted. But that would have been boring 😉
That quilt is friggin STUNNING. I got emotional at the end from the reveal. LOVE IT.
Thanks! I'm pretty proud about how it turned out
Loved the quilt, can’t believe you did it on a regular machine.
Thanks! Anything is possible with enough determination and patience 😁

Thanks! I don't know how the people who sew that fast can do it - I need to go slow to be accurate.
Beautiful quilting

Beautiful quilt.

I would have wimped out and just did the overall pattern and not the individual ones. You are inspiring!
Thanks! About half way through I was wishing I'd just done an overall pattern 🙂 But it was worth the extra effort in the end!

What a beautiful quilt and your quilting is fabulous!! Thanks for sharing and for the inspiration to maybe try this someday.
Thanks! I know free motion quilting scares a lot of people, but it really is much easier than it looks, and is so much fun! Hope you give it a go!
Love, Love, Love this! Very inspiring! I'm looking for inspiration to quilt my Sugaridoo QAL quilt and this certainly helps!
Glad I've inspired you!
Thank you. I'm making a king size quilt on a singer c5200 machine
You can do it! It just takes a lot of patience 😁
That looks super cool! If you had decided to not quilt the shapes what impact would that have?
Thanks! I probably could have left most of the shapes unquilted - there's a minimum distance apart (different for different types of batting) that the quilting has to be or the batting can disintegrate and get clumpy. How do you get the quilt to slide around so smoothly?
I've got a Supreme Slider on my table - it makes a huge difference!
