I saw the reviews of this paint and it was not very good. Apparently it stains very easily from dog paws walking from the yard and even flower stains. Do you have a solution to the staining issues?
This is a flat paint with cool feel, it will look very nice and feel good under your feet, but not very easy to maintain. For easier maintenance you can go with solid color concrete stain (no cool feel) or put a clear coat on top of paint ( will kill any cool feel, will look shiny because it will be either satin or semi-gloss, and may need anti-slip additive, and you will have to strip it when you are reedy to re coat next time.) There will be always a trade off between how it it will look and feel and how easy is it to maintain. There is no perfect solution.
Great video, do you have any advice on how to handle paint that is chipping away prior to repainting your deck? Should I still pressure wash the chipping paint or avoid it and patch over it? Thanks
any paint that is chipping has to be removed prior to painting. we don't do paint removal so not sure what to recommend you. if the chipping area is small you can probably get away with pressure washing first, and using wire brush to remove what is left. if there is a lot of chipping paint all over the deck call a professional pool company.
You mentioned using cement all to repair the cracks. Ive tried doing that on a number of cracks and the cracks keep reappearing. Is it possible I am doing something wrong?

I would not not use it for driveway or garage. But for all another places where you don't drive (patio, pool deck) on it should hold for a long time. I usually do not recommend the sealer on the pool deck. Main downside is that you will have to remove it first when you ready to re-coat the deck next time and it could be costly and time consuming.

Both issues; too much reflection and not necessarily stains but very hard to keep clean.

Is there a product that has the properties of tennis court paint? I want something that is tough and anti slip and will last.
