    The last 3 xl fuel tanks I got were for Suburban's and I loved them, however they were like $1500 installed. This tank starts at $2300 plus shipping, etc and since I have MS I got to have someone else install it and they want it for what they said "at least 2 days, cuz there's a bunch of wiring and testing to do." All in all, they gave me a guesstimate of more than $4,000 and more likely to be $4,500 for the tank and labor!!! If I had more money than brains, I'd do it but my God I just can not justify that cost over just buying 2 Jerry cans and having $4,000-$4,500 left over for gas!

      @Mumfy64  7 месяцев назад +1

      Everyone has their limits on what is worth the cost. For me I wanted more fuel because I plan on keeping this truck for a long time and it has already helped with the trips Ive already taken. The shop I had install mine thought it would be a 2 day install but they got it done in a day. Having the Jerry cans is a great alternative.

      @@Mumfy64 I plan on driving this 300k miles and would love a bigger tank but I can drive nearly 40,000 miles on the gas I can buy with that price. I'm not saying it's not tempting and I do a lot of driving but, just not a good use of my money for me.
