Minecraft Just Added New Armor And It's Amazing

Minecraft version 1.20 will introduce new features for customizing armor, such as Armor Trimming and Smithing Templates, which will enable players to add colors and patterns to their armor.

You know what would make it even better, If each trimming color gave a buff. Such as gold trimming prevents piglins from becoming agro on you or lapis trimming making enchanting level slightly lower, red stone making you able to open iron doors and iron trapdoors, diamond trimming making you have fortune 1 automatically, iron trimming making iron golems follow you emerald trimming making villagers have cheaper trades, copper making all storms thunderstorms amethyst making you have regeneration 2 for a couple secs every minute and coal making all things smelt faster. But the effect for each trimming could only happen if you had all armor pieces have the same trimming.

man id love for the armor to have little effects, cause when your in netherite stage itd be cool to mix and match the armor trims to what you need (like that mod that is really similar to this)
