Those kids clothes/ kids shoes sell very well here, toys too. I know you've mentioned in the past they don't do well for you. Not your best unit but still good enough to recover your money. Really enjoyed looking through the items.
Unloading this locker would have been so much easier if you would have had another person to hand the bags down to while they stacked items on that cart. I think you are going easily make your money back taking all these clothes to the flea market. Fun video!

You can wash shoes in the wash machine The Is mold would come off with half bleach and water With an old toothbrush With an old toothbrush And washing the pair in the washing machine and using a shoe stretcher To reshape
You can check with local nursing homes to find out about donating clothes. Many residents don't have family members to purchase clothing. We donated my mother's clothes when she died

I would wash those shoes and put shoe shapers inside for them to dry. There's easily $500 in this unit, if not more. I'm sure the location of the unit and the janky steps were part of the disappointment.

Taco, maybe there are some designer brands in those clothes? You have a washing machine and dryer, right? Wash them and put them out in the flea market if you have any hangers, hang them up. You can get more money for them if they are hung up. Maybe get a rope/string to put the clothes up on? You have a lot of clothes sorting to do, but maybe it will make a lot of money. The Dior perfume is expensive, that could sell online for at least $40.

So husband/boyfriend put it all in storage & she never got it, so he stopped paying for it. Even if those bags aren’t real, ladies love purses! I'm not a fan of the way that facility is set up. Boo on the stacked units. Most older folks and physically challenged folks couldn't deal with those units. I know I couldn't anyway.☺

And what if the person who had that storage unit below yours wanted into it and took a long time to? You’ll make your money back, then some . Although you might have to do some laundry . Adding to your expenses .
IMO this unit the person sold clothes on poshmark there is not enough kitchen and bathroom items to be a eviction clean out. You will be make to 3 to 4 times what you payed for the unit.
Even if you sold everything for $1 each, you should make over a hundred, easy. I throw used sneakers in the washer & dryer. If they survive great, if they don't, not much of a loss.
