I definitely going to try this, so easy too. I love learning foods from Africa and Asia because we use a lot of the same ingredients and sometimes techniques but in different ways
I learned about ugali last year, I call it Kenyan coo coo 😇 It was nice seeing it made on a stove top, I've only seen it cooked on wood fires. The next time I make callaloo, I just may make ugali to go with it. Thank you for the video 🥰
Thank you for this video. I am making this for the first time this weekemd. Should it be serves immediately after preparing or can it be stored amd served the following day?

You're most welcome. It should be served immediately after preparing for best results.
Nice and simple. Can I use PAN cornmeal to make this?
For sure! It won't be identical but it will be VERY close!
Google says Ugali is ground white corn, so I think it would work. I'm looking to try myself
Love it!!
