I follow John for more than 2 years. Whenever I have issues in my life, I find lectures very helpful!!! One thing that I do not understand, why these type of videos have so little views??? Thanks John for supporting us and making us improve ourselves!!!

Also sometimes I find myself trying to consciously remember a word or a phrase, and think out each word, it's incredibly painful, I know its sabotage, but because of previous habit, it can feel tough to stop, like a train that just wants to get through, I tell myself you dont need to think words as if you are speaking, your mind or back end system already knows, your intuition knows, and don't think especially when you actively see its causing your body pain and anxiety, isn't it also funny that if we think the thing and every word consciously it gives us more anxiety or even a shameful or guilty feeling after doing it. What is any good advice for this John and what are your thoughts?

One of the top things my course explains is..... (www.patreon.com/theanxietyspecialist) Thoughts are of the brain and you are the observer of those thoughts but have an addiction to them which needs to be broken.
You didn't think when you were a baby, are asleep, have an anaesthetic etc. and still the body does well without you!
The problem is your brain is giving a 'story' to everything, yet nothing actually needs a story; everything just is.
One of the best books that explains this is called "The Voice of Knowledge" by Don Miguel Ruiz.
So, the opposite of (OCD) doubt is simply trust - learning how to trust that thoughts have no meaning - and what does have meaning is living life!
