Grand Theft Auto IV: Pursuit on Randalls/Wards Island on the Triboro Bridge from a toll evader

Basically a guy tried to evade paying the toll so I had to stop him. Then he ran away and drove into the East River. I shot him because, I get to kill the suspects, not the suspects themselves lol.
