An inexpensive ($100ish) reliability mod is the V8 ZJ tie rod upgrade. It gets rid of the thin hollow TJ tie rod in favor of the thicker solid bar V8 ZJ tie rod.
Thanks for this! We're busy buying our first TJ 2004 Sahara. We don't want to change it from stock too much so realy enjoyed this video. Well done! We're amped for ours!
Forgot to mention the taillights! I have the Savvy Offroad LED tail lights that they no longer make for the TJ. I have a video of the install which you can watch at this link: ruclips.net/video/XRGtPMkHUCY/видео.html

Best vehicle ever! Take care of it & keep it simple and it’ll last forever
Wow great video! Definitely giving me some ideas for my TJ in Australia!

Do you have a video of you cutting the front bumper ?
Nope but I think I just used an angle grinder
Where did you get the seat belt harness please can’t find them
The seatbelt cushions are from Amazon if that’s what you’re talking about!

Soft top is better.... the whole point of a jeep is to be a Lego
Hard top can always come off!
