I'm doing the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice (Scottish equivalent of LPC) tomorrow and watching lots of videos like these. This is so helpful haha, thank you!
Sorry, firstly could u be a little louder and more I would say be a bit rougher so that u mean business but overall I bet u would do well generally. I'm really thankful for ur video as it helps me in my research for school and work. hope u get what u want too. Happy weekend and god bless u. hope I didn't say anything wrong!! Cheers!!
That isn't quite nice is it? but thanks for your feedback. I do look back actually and each time I have slowly improved. As you can see from the title of the video it was my first attempt for my first official advocacy class. And for your information my teacher has expressed how much I have improved throughout the year. This is why we "practice" and "learn" before we go to court, I still have a whole year left of practice before I even start pupilage, so I have enough time to prepare thank you. Out of curiosity are you a barrister then? Do you know what it is like and how this is a lot harder than it may look? Anyway I only share these to help others as I know I would of loved the help but can never find any, and also to share my journey to the bar 😊
@@mckenzielaw2940 don't mean to sound rude. Its good you can look back and see how you improved. As for me I'm used to speaking publicly and performing in front of crowd. So voice projection and sounding confident is powerful and important. Especially if you're being paid to represent someone and potential save their "life". Dont take it personally. Good to see you trying👍
Thank you for sharing. I am preparing for my plea in mitigation assessment this Friday. This is super helpful, thanks!!
Using your videos for inspiration for my advocacy module. Thank you for making these videos.
So glad it’s helped you! Thank you for watching 🙏

If you’re not a member of THEIR private legal society [BAR] why does any of THEIR nonsense apply to you ?
Do you every look back at this and see how horrible it was. If this was in court I'm sure you lost.

Good for you Mckenzie, it does take a lot to plea in mitigation. I truly hope sunnydayz is not a Barrister!
