Plea in Mitigation Winter Cup Final 2021

This is the final of the first ever Plea in Mitigation Competition that we held. The final took place on Saturday 27th February 2021. The finalists were:

Lily Hayes
Paige Jones
Susie Burley.
The Defendant in this case, Mr Magnussen, has pleaded guilty to an offence of driving whilst disqualified. A pre sentence report was ordered. The Defendant has 2 two previous drink driving convictions.
The competition was judged by practising barristers and solicitors.
