i'm working my way through all of your videos after youtube put one on my home feed. you put so much information into your videos - i really appreciate that. i like your idea of making one showing how your projects fare over time. keep up the good work!
Very interesting hearing ! I was about to begin the Lovely design and was glad that I saw your video before I went ahead. Insightful, I wud say…Thank you 🙏
Omg! I’ve had the polo sweater pattern and the exact same yarn as you for a year. I never started because I was too intimidated after reading through the pattern and being a new garment knitter. Watching you talk about it in depth has really motivated me to finally give it a go! Yours turned out beautiful! Love the content.
There is a fiber festival in Springfield next month. Thank goodness the ride out there is miserable and the Big E is less than appealing😂. Great to watch a podcast from my corner of the world💗
I love how thorough you are when talking about each of your projects! I'm thinking about committing to a sweater... hearing your experience with the polo sweater is helping push me further sweater-wards, lol. I love the look of the faux seams! Thank you for sharing your knits and personality on the Internet!
Hi Amy! Hello from Toronto, Canada 🍁 Glad RUclips pushed me your channel, as I’ve been really enjoying your content so far! I appreciate the chapters/time stamps you put in, and I also find the way you speak very pleasant and calming! 😊 Keep up the good work! Look forward to seeing more from your “knitted archive” ❤
I am so tempted to cast on that Polo Sweater. Thank you for the tip about knitting only half of the v-neck collar. That is a great idea and when i get around to knitting the Polo Sweater (after Christmas knitting), i will make that modification as well. Love your channel. 😊
Glad you found that helpful! One of the reasons I love knitting is all the customization you can do to make sure you love the finished product. It is such a fun process!
That spicy color of your Oslo is fabulous, I might need one! Congrats on you beautiful socks, that pattern and a you tube video will be my first attempt too. I decided earlier today lol. Also, FYI wool socks are naturally self cleaning (pure is, not sure about super wash) so they don't need washing every single time they are worn. Wow cool, thank you for explaining faux seams, that's really cool
Just found your podcast and really love your laid back, friendly demeanor. Also love your garment style choices - we seem to have a lot in common. So excited to see more podcasts from you!
I came to your channel from your gift knits video and watched both of your podcast episodes. I"m so glad YT in its infinite wisdom sent me your way. That polo sweater is gorgeous, and now I'm eyeballing my stash to see what I have that might work for it.
I was so interested to hear your experience with the polo sweater and the LB SW merino! I love the pattern and I have one skein of the yarn that I'm planning to make a top with. Your thoughts are very helpful :) I am definitely putting it on my knit list. It's so cool that it's a free pattern and it seems like the designer has been really thoughtful with the details.
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed my thoughts! It is a really nice pattern and I think the designer was very generous to make it free! Hope you get to knit it soon!
I love watching your podcast. I learn about so many neat and lovely patterns. It’s also good to know about the mohair vs faux mohair. Thank you for sharing!
Your Pollo sweater is gorgeous! I have this pattern and yarn (for a year now) and need to make it. I think you just totally encouraged me to do so! I will fit it in once I'm done gift knitting. 🙃
I loved your episode very much! I will have to watch the first one also 😊. Your knits are stunning and you seem to be quite knowledgeable about knitting, you share lots of great tips and information! I just have to say one thing: you have not tryed the right suri base, because it can be softer tgan mohair, it is the softest thing. If you want to try using it again, look for a baby sury and silk yarn. I swear, aside from pure cashmere or qiviut, it is the softest thing ever ❤

Hi Amy, thank you for sharing your knowledge and experiences with the yarn you used! Very informative and objective! Many greetings from Germany

Thanks for watching! I definitely will be looking for suri silk next time instead of the nylon blend!
Really enjoyed about your podcast.
Great podcast! Will be watching more!
Thank you!! Love to hear that!
Literally making socks with the vanilla sock pattern by the Crazy Sock Lady as Im watching this video!
Love that!!
Very interesting podcast really enjoyed it.
Fantastic presentation!
Love your videos!
Try a suri with silk, a big difference!
Great tip! I will have to check it out! I can imagine that a silk core is much nicer than the nylon core I have…
Great channel! ❤
I love alpaca and silk. I feel like it sheds way less than mohair
I live in MA too! In Western Mass.
Hello! Love hearing about other New Englanders here!
Hello Amy! Why is the title of the channel NE knits? Just curious
NE stands for New England! I was raised and currently live here
@@neknits thank you I would have never guessed it :)
Hi!
