Sounds sick, but definitely needs tighter clutch springs and maybe some lighter rollers, the flywheel weight just makes it les snappy and les responsive
U’re right, 12k rpm is definitely too low for that engine, I would say half gram lighter rollers and harder springs, or maybe just adjust the clutch because with the delta you can adjust them!
cool moped (and cool video) but it does run baaaad, I race with this type of engines (in italy we have a bunch of nation wide championship for mopeds and it's FUN) so let me give you some advice: 1) the rc-one kit loves high revs, mainly the max power is at about 14300 RPMs, try to tune your trasmission to make it reach (and stay) at this range, if u want u can make it go higher, but try to not go over 15100 RPMs (over that and the cilinder goes kaput) 2) the plate you were talking about is for mounting the Malossi/selettra igniotion kit on the original piaggio crankcasings, since you have the RC-One you don't need it on the GP-1 3) the weight is a "balance weight" for the ignition rotor, we use it mainly if the tracks have a lot of wide open straights and turns, it gives a SLIGHTLY higher top speed but the engine does mitigatte its snappy response BUT it's easier to drive on the streets, it's your chioce really. 4) the carburator seems to be a dell'orto VHST 28mm, it's a good carb, the jets seem to be hard to find in america, but just searching for the type of carb should give you better results, the brass "thingy" you pulled out is the main jet location, you need to change only that, leave the rest like it is, but a smartcarb 28mm would be better and offer better performance. 5) usually on track we like to keep the engines a little lean (usually about a couple points, no more) because it offers an even snappier throttle response, but on the streets keep it a couple points rich from it's "perfect" tune, the engine will last A LOT longer, that is if you wanna keep the dell'orto carb. 6) 2stroke performance engines (minarelli and piaggio especially) don't like to be over 65 C°/149 F°, buy a temp gauge and use it! usually these engines give their best at about 50 C°/122 F° 7) power whise, they make around 30HP out of the box, at the crank, but track oriented engines are optimised and can reach up to 35 HP... at the wheel, top speed depends very much on the gearing and tune, but usually a 94cc kit has a top speed that goes from 145kph/90mph if tuned for VERY short tracks to 180kph/111mph for tracks like mugello or monza (yes we even race in cars oriented tracks), these are not advice but just some fun facts. Hoping to be of help, sorry for my bad english, keep on riding hard, these mopeds love it.
a stiffer counterspring would helpout with the issue with the ''second pull'' because the torquedriver is to wide open and the engine must overcome that first
If you want to wrap the parts use the paint that's like plasti dip, both my scooters are done in it and when bored with the colors u just peel and do a different color
Those plates look like the adapters sss makes to run an mvt ignition on the rc-one. I have one on mine but not certain yours is the same without taking it apart to compare.
Hey bro I’ve been watching you for a while keep up the great content, I have a 2006 BWS 100cc bug eye edition. I got it second hand and only maxs out at 80kmh any advice to get it going faster for wheelies? it will come up but hard to keep it up not enough power at the moment.
That thing is BEAUTIFUL, I hate I can’t find a 2 stroke 😭😭 I absolutely loves those Rc1 motors, what do you do with the 2t’s you take off and don’t use?? Just sell??

Rc1 sounds crispy
love it
beast on 2 wheels bro wow
🤘🏼🤘🏼
You probably need to change out the big middle clutch spring for a stronger one thats the reason it bogs down when you let of the gas
Gorgeous
Rc one best mop no cap
i swear

What rollers are on? This Malossi engine top rpm must be at least 14k. I think tour rollers are overweight. And what trasmission setup Is on now?

mount that plate on the ignition tho that helps a lot the engine
Hey Trevor 👋 ❤ the new giveaway bike. Any plans to make some content on the gp1 in 2025? Love ur channel. Keep rippen 🤙
Hey bro you have a mod list on this bike
Is that a pgo hot in the start or a big max ?
the front variator does not work correctly, you need to install slightly lighter rollers, and there will be a rocket
Hey guys!! Quick question! How do you keep the Malossi pipe so clean? Don’t they rust fast??
i live in the desert , it’s dry out here, nothing rusts really
Damnnnnn!
Get rid of black cover looks more airo.... great job. Og mop man. Peace out .old man mop

Where Do You buy that Speedometer that u got on the side and How mutch they cost?
check on scooterswapshop
I don't give a shlt what everybody says, this scooter runs amazing as is. I don't see any of these shlt talkers building something faster.

@@MOPBOYZ you think that RC-one is worth the asking price?
@@predator_boiz336 yes but a very touchy engine , def requires a lot of tuning
@@MOPBOYZ I know they look second to none! It’s such a beautiful motor; what’s your top speed soo far on the rc-1? The 80 in the video??
you should get a gilera runner 180cc 2stroke
buy me one
Un consejo, tensa el embrague y baja peso a los rodillos del variador. El testarrosa empieza a empujar a partir de 13000 rpm. Así ni se menea
He bro I'm in Vegas to I was hoping u can help with my scooter
my g i live in the netherlands and can get you everything piaggio! from zip to skipper 125 to italjet formula twin 125!
