With scooters here in Italy, there's a huge demand, especially because here we have a license that 14 year olds can get to ride scooters so everyone's got them but some people like me and my friends we got to mod them so much that they were doing about 70 mph or like 140 kph and we got hurt but in the end scoots will always be the goat of bikes because you can literally do anything with them. Mod TF out of it. I have a ton of experience with mild to medium tuning. If you change the crank and flywheel to something balanced for higher revs, you can get a ton of power if you do it right, but it can become borderline unbearable to ride. I recommend a apicy sport setup or a mild midrace setup. Yasuni R (new name is yasuni c10) is amaxing for its wide powerband, yet good topend power just under the stock crank and flyweheel balancing limit (10'000 rpm on minarelli engines such as yours, 11000+ change on hiper2 engines piaggio/aprilia/gilera uses) That exhaust performs at about 9500rpm for minarellis and arond 10k rpm on hipers. You want an alu cylinder with higher compression than the ordinary castiron 70cc sport kits. Stage6 sport pro is a solid option. It runs great at a wide range of rpms. And makes full use of a highend sports exhaust like yasuniR/C10. Even with a yasuni c16 it will almost perform as well as a fullblown midrace cylinder. This is getting excessively i informative.... I have a stock Dio and a heavily modded one. The heavily modded one is definitely a blast at times. But it is also so much of a headache other times. Has a 48mm bore on it and every performance part to go with it. Super fun when it's running prime, but it is also super reliant on constant temperature weather since the bike is so picky now. If it's hotter or colder than average I basically have to rejet it or it just feels awful riding. I think I'm going to just try to do every performance upgrade except a BBK to the next scoot project and see how that goes.

You should try importing some scooters from denmark. They got some hella cool ones. PGO hot 50. Yamaha BWS, Yamaha Silder, Yamaha Jog R, Yamaha Jog AS/FS, Gilera Stalker, Gilera Runner. They are only 50cc But you can get up to 86cc big bore for the PGO's, and much bigger cylinders for Gilera and Yamaha. Check out my shorts.
