NYC Subway: 5 Car R62A Being Used to Transfer More Single Cars to Corona Yard

Here we see another R62A move for Corona Yard refuse service this season. This time a 5 car set (1786-1790) was used to transport 1954, 1957 and 1958 to be added along with 1960 as part of the garbage train consist. This move happens every year to provide air conditioned cars for overnight refuse crews. Enjoy!

I was under the impression that they were going to link 1954, 1957, 1958, 1959 and 1960 together. My birth year car, 1956, is on the shuttle.
