    2022, and this is still the BEST review on WiFi adapters on the internet! After days of research on the subject I can say this confidently. Thanks for the comparison charts and special thanks for the explanation on the chips (AX200/AX210) and WiFi 6/6E support. This was new to me. While this information is of paramount importance for making a cogent consumer decision, it is not being advertised by the manufacturers and resellers. Thanks to Mike, now I know exactly what to look for in the specifications to match my expectations and needs. Also, listening to your calm voice and polite and sophisticated manner of speaking was a joy. Subscribed :-)

    thanks for sharing
    But there is a problem with this test
    ax200 supports WIFI6 standard
    Does your wireless router support 160HZ?
    I don’t think these AX200s have achieved the network speed they should have.
    In theory, these wireless network cards can reach 1000MB/s

      @MikeFaucher  2 года назад +1

      @@Isshin007 A lower floor is always an issue as 5Ghz does not like walls and floors. You will have to try and see how it performs. Wifi 6 is only faster at 5Ghz so if you end up connecting at 2.4Ghz there will not be much of a speed gain. It has a lot to do with house construction. The best advice I can give is to try it and send it back if it does not mean your expectations. Good Luck.,

Recently it has dropped down but I think it's my actual internet speeds and not the card. The speed to my line is actually 350mbps but it's a big old house with solid walls and so 120mbps is the highest I've ever gotten one floor away. Overall, a good buy.

    AX200 - WIFI6 with 2.4 and 5GHz
    AX210 - WIFI6E with 2.4, 5 and 6GHz

      Hard to say exactly as it could be several things, but I would download the latest driver directly from intel, delete the old drivers and remove the card from the device manager. Reinstall with only the latest Intel driver. The other possibility is that there is an issue with your PCIe adapter card as it should work fine. Sorry if I could not be more help.

    i have the tp-link pcie adapter shown in the video and a Asus AX 3000 router and I have a 100down and 100up connection, but I never get 100 on download on my PC which is 12 feet away with a brick wall in between, i will get 90-95Mbps at the most but 100Mbps on upload, while my phone also supporting wifi 6 will get 100down and up
    and also recently i started having Bluetooth issues, where i get insanely stuttering audio, tried different headphones, speakers, earphones, updated drivers/windows, reinstalled windows, the Bluetooth is just useless.
    i wonder how broadcomm chipsets perform

    I have just received the edup card. Plugged it in and installed drivers and I'm getting only 30mpbs where I was getting 150 with my USB WiFi adapter. Anything I'm doing wrong or this will be going back tomorrow? That certainly is not normal. Just to rule things out have you tried a different slot in your PC? Also, make sure you have disabled the original USB adapter. What kind of access point are you connecting to. If not of that works, I would send the card back. That is simply not good enough speeds.
