this is a great video. I assume older e30 m50b25 is older obd1 ecu? much better to keep stock ecu for preserve stock ecu functions and use DET 3+ on the side piggyback to tune the performance parameters. brilliant!
Hi Rakashi, i know this video is kind of old but i hope you will still see this comment, i installed the det3 on my bmw e46 330i. The car starts now after the map upload but my gaspedal isn’t working and there is a loud buzzing sound coming from the throttle body. Do you know what this could he? I’m stuck with this problem for quite some time now. Hope you can help!
Hey. @K64performance guys have great video of connecting M52, M54 to DET. Have you checked it? ruclips.net/video/ceSAy8pnwQ8/видео.html Make sure you have connected TPS correctly.
@@rakashi.workshop thanks for responding so fast! I have watched that video and bought the turbokit from them aswell but they only have a video of ms41 wiring and not ms43… i have connected everything like they said on the paper and tps sensor wired correctly aswell i think. It’s so weird
@@rakashi.workshop i did follow that pinout, i sent a video to them and they said that everything should be connected correctly, after i sent a video of the buzzing sound they said “bad connection” but not what kind of bad connection. I’m a little lost at the moment haha😬
@@gorlovka5740 hey I think I know what your problem is. You probably need to push the pins further into the det3, further than the clicking sound. You can check if it is far enough by shining a light through the plastic connector to check if connection is good. I had similar problem
