Leavenworth Rd. MVA Rollover (Shelton, CT) 1/30/24
SHELTON, CT - At approximately 11:15am on January 30, 2024, the Shelton Fire Department was dispatched to the area of Leavenworth Road at Walnut Tree Hill Road for a 2 car MVA. First companies on scene found a box work truck had gone over the guardrail and down an embankment. A second vehicle, a car, was found at the corner of Walnut Tree Hill Road with heavy front end damage. Cause and injuries are unknown at this time. DEEP was notified due to a diesel link from the truck but no waterways were involved.
