If the NBA trend is towards defenders, then Trae Young is the best fit for the single superstar slot. He has passing skills and clutch shots that can easily improve the ability of other defenders to score points.

Trae Young, don't go to the Spurs. It's the assists that make you a superstar. If it were me, I wouldn't let him play the pick-and-roll (2vs2). It's because you're not living up to your full potential. Instead, have them play 5-on-5. All players must be able to make threes and alley-oops. You may think you don't have time, but you have a unique identity. We don't need another superstar. If there's another superstar, it's Collins. When the space returns, so does he. He also had to realize that his spacing was more of a weapon than his newfound 3-point shot.
