Fifata Basista I’m honestly not entirely sure, I just always remember what Chester Bennington said about just spending a lot of time in a room by himself and screaming. It’s kind of the same thing for me and I found a technique and a way of screaming that doesn’t hurt my throat. It took some trial and error though! All I’d say is try your best to focus on your gut and pushing from there when you scream. Rather than trying to literally shout as loud as you can, you need to feel like you are barking like a dog. Get yourself a microphone and try practicing screaming with headphones on, you find you can raise the volume of your screams through that without raising your voice too loud.
