    ‘To swap life for a cold, dark grave for eternity, it’s not much of a swap’
    That’s a great quote. Very simple but it’s true. I know for some people it seems like the only way out, which proves how scary and powerful mental health problems are. But I hope anyone feeling that way can see that it’s never the right option.

    • @damatoslegacy9075
      @damatoslegacy9075 5 лет назад

      It's a permanent solution to what seems like an unpredictable and neverending life of pain and misery. That's the way I think depressed people see it and I know that's how I occasionally see it.

    • @DDavy2014
      @DDavy2014 5 лет назад

      Danny A I understand that. I’ve felt that way myself. It’s a dark and scary place but we should always remember that the problems we have, will never ever be fixed if we’re dead. The only chance we have is to try and fix them in our lives. But I’d never badmouth someone who feels that it’s their only way out. For someone to do such a thing they must be in serious pain and I feel for them.

    Just listened to more of this interview. John John John; Your SO SO right about keeping busy. That’s what I was brought up to believe from my father. He was a poor man. Was never flash. . And made a good crust through hard work. Never understood it as a kid. But do now. Sitting still as MY father taught me will bring’ depression’ illness’ and instability in the mind. This is a Gypsy man who I adore. Not a politician who’s never seen how to live simply and happy.

    "John Fury" , I'd firstly like to say thank you john, as much as I have enjoyed watching the rise of Tyson, I also have enjoyed listening to the wise words spoken by your self, son Shane and brother Peter, what a very respectful family you guys are, until I started to study the Bible I to did not know certain words in order to get my point across, "superficial ", that's word you was thinking of when describing falseness,
    When something isn't quite right but you smile anyway, that's superficial, may God bless you and the Fury family ❤

    John I've got to be honest I think working in a dead end job can get most people depressed, so I don't really agree with compulsory work, but definitely working for a decent living does help

      @@miniramptricks1986 yh same most people working dead end jobs will get a bit depressed naturally because getting regular pay and doing hard work every day will fuck you up naturally most the problem is being overworked and then stress comes into it

    Can honestly say that I left school with thoughts about going on to university and by chance got a job as a monoblocker labourer and enjoyed the wisdom of the old lads like John here that much I have spent my adult life among them and ditched the uni.
    My kids, I hope will go on to university though as I could have had an easier life, now when I look back but the wisdom I have learned from old timers such as this I will be passing on while my kids are at school and not wait till after
