Hello everyone! Today I offer you 3 of the most delicious and quickest pasta recipes to prepare! The first is a delicious aubergine pasta. You can prepare it for lunch or dinner for the whole family in minutes! If you have 1 eggplant, this pasta is a must try. The second recipe is famous linguine cacio e pepe. It's a delicious dish and I love it! Pasta with cheese and pepper leaves no one indifferent. Creamy and very tasty! The last recipe is a most famous first course in Italy! I offer you my version of spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli pepper. Pasta in 5 minutes and with very few ingredients but with an amazing flavour! Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 eggplant
- 200 g of pasta (half rigatoni)
- Parmesan to taste
- Parsley
- Salt, pepper, chilli
- Olive oil

Ingredients:
- 60 g of Parmesan
- 80 g of aged pecorino (you can replace it with parmesan)
- 1 clove of garlic
- Black pepper
- 250 g of pasta (linguine)
- Salt
- Olive oil
Recipe N3
Ingredients:
- 200 g of spaghetti
- 2-3 hot peppers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Parmesan (optional)
