      This video script could've been written by chatGPT and it's very generic advice. my best advice is to just do the work and stop wasting time watching fitness videos (unless it's the workout you're doing). Stay away from 90% of the young influencers and roid heads that have clickbait videos and get your workouts from people with credentials and results.

    3:36 my two cents, for you heavier dudes: don't even focus on cardio too much. Just do the same gym plan as people bulking. Yes cardio is good, but changes in diet make a difference for you wayyy quicker

      Yeah to the non-informed, cardio doesn't burn body fat as efficiently as strength training will.
      30 mins of cardio while the rest of your time strength training will always be more suitable to lose that body fat fast.
      Pop in some 24-72 hour fast every week and you're burning body fat like crazy

    Personally, I really wouldn't do lean workouts 5/7 days of the week. 3-4/7 is better imo because the muscle doesn't get stronger by working out all the time, but by rebuilding muscle after that intensity.
    Workout -> Rebuild (rest only one or two days) -> Workout -> Rebuild -> ... that's my preference

      Correct. If you train with higher intensity and lower volume you don’t need to go the gym as often. The key to building muscle is training hard. So make sure your going to failure or close to it. Around 4-10 working sets per muscle group per week should be good enough for most people if you are training intensely. Be sure to progressive overload(get stronger on whatever exercises you are doing) and last but not least get enough protein and eat in a small surplus if your skinny(you’ll gain muscle faster) good luck to everyone on their journey🙏

      Full body 3 times a week is my go to…Lots of recovery needed for it, but less time in the gym per week give you more time in life

    Don't workout everyday!!!! I agree with everything you said except this. The muscle needs time to recover, not giving it time to rest would harm it in the long run and studies have shown that it also impacts motivation to workout negatively due to been exhausted . It is recommended to get three to two days of rest for per week for every muscle

    I agree with almost everything but you shouldn’t workout everyday, rest is important. You don’t wanna be dreading your workout. Also, a monstrous back with prominent lats and muscular legs are the real foundation of a truly aesthetic physique.

    who's the guy on the extreme left on durag 1:10, ig handle or something, I'm striving for his physique, where if you compare his to 1:18, for the upper body, notice how there is not much space between his arm and torso, compared to 1:18, so the V physique is not SO obvious, any idea's on how to attain it, cause it looks like dude in 1:18 just need's a more wider torso, am I right?

    This seems to be a helpful video... but what would have made this video more believable is showing your before and after physique.     I hope someone fat like me reads this: Take a real close look at the third chart.
    The workouts are all mixed up this is important to note since you wont be traing one muscle group a day which will keep things fresh for the ego. VERY important for the long run.
    Don't forget lots of cardio!

      definitely. I couldn't do a pull up back in July. Used resistance bands to assist me with downward drop pull ups (hope I got the name right) and with resistance band exercises to strengthen my serratus anterior, now I can do 10 quality controlled pull ups. Go for it bro
